Children Under the Age of 13.

Consumers Between 13 and 16.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a consumer under 16, we will not sell or share it without affirmative authorization—from the consumer, if consumer is between 13 and 16, or from the consumer’s parent or guardian, if the consumer is under 13.

California Residents Under 18.

If you are a California resident under eighteen (18) years of age and have posted content on the Website, you may request removal of that content by emailing info@productivityforwomen.com and telling us where it appears. We will make a reasonably good faith effort to remove the post from public view, or to anonymize it so that you cannot be individual identified to, to the extent applicable law requires. To protect your information, we will verify your identity before acting on a request. We may ask you for your information such as your name or email address that we can match against information we already hold. We will respond within the time applicable laws allows, generally forty-five (45) days, and will tell you if we need an extension.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.

We may decline a deletion request, in whole or in part, where we have a lawful basis to retain the information for example, for security purposes, to comply with a legal obligation or cooperate with law enforcement, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, to complete a transaction or provide a service you requested. If we deny a request, in whole or in part, we will explain why in our response.

Appeals. If you live in a state that provides in appeal right (Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia) and we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will tell you in writing what we decided on appeal and why and, where the law requires it, how to contact your state Attorney General.

California “Shine the Light.” California residents may ask us for information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. This right is separate from, and in addition to, the rights described above.

Our Rights and the Rights of Others. We may collect, use, and disclose personal information as applicable law requires or permits, which may override the rights described above, and we are not required to honor a request to the extent doing so would infringe our rights or those of another person, or conflict with applicable law.

CCPA ADDENDUM FOR PRODUCTIVITY FOR WOMEN, LLC

1. Applicability. This CCPA Addendum for Productivity for Women LLC supplements and hereby incorporates the Productivity for Women Privacy Policy and Productivity for Women Terms of Use when the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) or California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”) applies to your use of the Website.

2. Definitions. The terms “Personal Information,” “Sensitive Personal Information,” “Sell,” “Share,” and “Targeted Advertising” shall have the meanings as defined in the CCPA and, where applicable, in the comparable privacy statutes of the other states listed below. All other capitalized terms shall have the meanings as defined in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Productivity for Women, LLC.

3. Acknowledgements. Acknowledgements. Productivity for Women: (a) collects Personal Information only for the limited purpose of providing the Services specified in its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; (b) shall comply with applicable obligations under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable U.S. state privacy legislation (including, without limitation, laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Utah); (c) shall notify Customer promptly if Productivity for Women, LLC no longer can meet its obligations under such privacy laws; (d) honor automated browser privacy preference signals where required by law, including the\ Global Privacy Control (“GPC”); and (e) acknowledges that Customer may request documentation indicating what Personal Information of theirs has been collected and how it is being used, and that the Customer has the right to request that Productivity for Women, LLC delete any Personal Information collected about that Customer.

4. Restrictions. Restrictions. Productivity for Women LLC shall not (a) Sell Personal Information for monetary consideration, or Share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising other than through cookies and similar technologies described in the Privacy Policy, which You may opt out at any time as described under Your State Privacy Rights; (b) retain, use, or disclose Personal Information for any purpose outside of Productivity for Women LLC’s direct business relationship with Customer; (c) retain, use or disclose Personal information for any purpose outside of the purposes set forth in Productivity for Women LLC’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, unless permitted by the CCPA and/or CPRA.

5. Consumer Requests. You may submit requests to access, correct, and/or delete Personal Information pertaining to You collected by Productivity for Women LLC to info@productivityforwomen.com. We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days, which may extend by a further forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, on notice to You. We will verify Your identity before acting on a request to know, delete, or correct, and may decline a request that is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, explaining why. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
